Executive Summary
My career as an Organisation Consultant, Psychotherapist and Executive Coach spans 23+ years in India and in parts of Southeast Asia, Europe, and China. I have worked in industries such as information technology, banking, finance, hotels, chemicals, media, and FMCG with family-owned and non-government organizations. My area of work is with the leadership teams to reflect upon and improve specific areas of culture, leadership, strategic direction, change management, alignment, and transformation. I am incredibly passionate about Diversity and Inclusion in the current Indian and global context.
Background
I came into coaching and consulting work with organizations via teaching in two graduate business programs. Before my coach training, I trained in facilitating groups in organisation development and trained as a psychotherapist from Kolkata. I specialize invarious diagnostic instruments and tools, in facilitating leadership and senior management retreats for areas as cited above, working with gender and diversity, leadership development centres and working with communities and groups of individuals.
Industry Experience
Prior to being a coach and consultant, I worked as a Senior Manager at ITC Limited and ITC Classic Finance Limited for sixteen years and managed the marketing and distribution network of retail financial products. These experiences enrich my coaching and sharpen my understanding about business context for managers in line and staff functions.

Stefanie Minen is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist and Psychoanalyst who has been in private practice for twelve years in Salt Lake City, Utah. She currently offers psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapy for adults and adolescents.
I've been a practicing clinical psychologist since 1985, operating a private practice in Northampton, Ma. My orientation is psychodynamic, psychoanalytic both infused with women’s developmental theory. I’ve more recently integrated somatic theory into my work.
Over the years, I’ve used group psychotherapy, couples and individual to address people’s pain. Currently, I do only individual therapy. My practice has focused a fair amount on trauma work.
Suzanne St. John, Ph.D. is a National Faculty Member of the International Psychotherapy Institute (IPI), faculty member of the Philadelphia Psychotherapy Study Center (PPSC) which is affiliated with IPI and is a self-employed private practice psychoanalyst for over 30 years offering treatment to individuals, couples and groups. She provides supervision and consultation to mental heath professionals for individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis via zoom. Suzanne provides the IPI institutional rate of $75 to participants in IPI programs.
