This program is for Washington, D.C. area mental health students and providers who are interested in further developing their listening skills and for anyone considering analytic training.

Through this Workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. observe at least four different analysts' perspectives on the therapeutic frame.
  2. describe the tension between rigidity and flexibility when maintaining a therapeutic frame.
  3. identify at least two ways to improve patient outcomes by modifying aspects of the therapeutic frame.
